We work with many voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE) organisations, who collaborate with us on the delivery of our Wandle Wellbeing Hub programme of events. Please find links below for more information about the services they offer.

Neighbourhood Partners

MENTAL HEALTH

Earlsfield Library (community activities) Events and activities for every age, such as coffee mornings, creative writing and children’s groups.

EMHIP Mental Health and well-being Support for ethnic minorities including housing, benefit and debt advice for those with mental health challenges.

Happy Homes (community support)  Organisation support Asian families with their wellbeing and resilience.

Healthwatch Wandsworth (advocacy support)  Independent champion for people who use health and social care services. You can also speak to Healthwatch to find out information about health and social care services available locally.

MIND (Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster) Now re-branded ‘Allkind’, providing mental health support shaped by real community needs, clinical expertise, and decades of experience.

Royal Trinity Hospice Providing free specialist palliative and end of life care from diagnosis onwards, along with family support.

(Hestia) Recovery Café (crisis support) The Recovery Café offers a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for all adults living in South West London who are struggling with their mental health during the evening and weekends. 

Sanctuary for Sisterhood A community organisation empowering women through mental health awareness, holistic wellbeing, and creative expression.

Thrive Gardening that brings about positive change Thrive uses social and therapeutic horticulture (STH) to support people’s physical and mental health, communication and thinking skills.

Wandsworth Carers Centre (carers support)  Providing support to unpaid carers, including information and advice, complementary therapies and respite care.

Wandsworth Talking Therapies Providing free confidential psychological and wellbeing interventions for common mental health problems (anxiety disorders or depression).

TRANSPORT

Wandsworth Community Transport  Providing specialist transport services across the borough of Wandsworth for community groups and individuals with mobility problems.

HOUSING

Wandsworth Tenancy Sustainment Providing person-centred support to Wandsworth Council tenants who may be experiencing difficulties with their tenancy.

CARERS

Wandsworth Carers Centre. Working alongside local partners, services and communities to improve the quality of life for Carers and to make sure caring is recognised, valued and supported across the borough.

CANCER

Macmillan. Welcomes anyone – cancer patients, family, friends and carers – whose life has been affected by cancer to share their concerns with dedicated staff and volunteers. Providing essential, free information and support through the entire cancer journey.

ACTIVE WELLBEING

Places Leisure. Supporting healthy communities across Wandsworth. At our Wandle Wellbeing Hub: delivering low-impact, chair-based exercise sessions, suitable for those wanting to enhance and improve their balance, coordination and strength.

Surrey Physio. Our First Contact Physiotherapists based at Southfields Group Practice (Glen), Wandsworth Medical Centre (Nergis) and Triangle Surgery (Nikhil) are all from Surrey Physio. They also deliver sessions at our Wandle Wellbeing Hub.

FINANCE

EMPLOYMENT

Department of Work and Pensions. Job Centre Plus Wandsworth – providing resources to enable job-searchers to find work, through Jobpoints (touch-screen computer terminals), Jobseeker Direct (telephone service) and the Jobcentre Plus website.

Work Match. Offering support, advice, guidance and training to help residents access new and existing jobs in Wandsworth. We can match you with local employers who value local people and can offer a wide range of jobs in different sectors.

HOSPICE

Royal Trinity Hospice Providing specialist palliative care at home and in the hospice for the whole of the London borough of Wandsworth

SMOKING

Richmond and Wandsworth Stop Smoking Services If you live or work in Wandsworth, and aged 15 or over, Stop Smoking Services will help you quit smoking for good. Their service is free and offers advice, support, and access to stop smoking medications.

DIGITAL SKILLS

Power to Connect believe everyone should have the same access to technology. Their mission is to ensure everyone in Wandsworth has the connectivity, devices and digital skills they need to learn, grow and thrive – no matter their background.
