SUMMARY:'Movember' Men's Health + Liver Bus
DESCRIPTION:‘Movember’ is a global movement aimed at raising awareness for men’s health issues\, including mental health\, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Join GPs Dr Mitali Agarwal and Dr Aryan Jogiya at Brathway Hall for a talk and Q&A on men’s health. The St George’s Hospital Liver Health team will be on-hand nearby at St Michael’s Church\, offering free\, easy liver health checks. \n\n\n\nThe Liver Health Team from St George’s will be in the car park of St Michael’s Church (71\, Wimbledon Park Rd\, London SW18 5TT) offering free\, easy liver health checks* to patients from 1.30-3.30pm using their mobile liver health unit. \n\n\n\n*Please note that the team will take a history from each attendee at the mobile unit\, and will do a Fibroscan and/or fingerprick blood borne virus test only for those with relevant risk factors (fatty liver/ drunk excessively for 10+ years/ ever had Hepatitis infection/have a history of injecting drug use). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease email wandlepcn.admin@nhs.net for availability
